Hello!
As you may have noticed, Linkis Digest doesn't work properly since May, 12.
The unfortunate reason is that on May, 12 we've received notice that Linkis app is banned due to some problems with its integration with «ViTweet» app (while only a minor part of our users had this integration enabled, some of them weren't notified of it explicitly enough by Twitter standards).
We've disabled that integration immediately and did our best to contact Twitter numerous times since then to restore our app that is used by hundreds thousands of users, including you.
Unfortunately, despite of writing numerous emails and filling plenty applications, we still are unable to get in touch with Twitter to have the app reenabled. The only feedback we've received since May, 12, was an email stating that they reenabled our app on May, 19. But within an hour the app has been suspended once again without any explanations. Since then we've received nothing.
Linkis has been around for many years, and we were banned by Twitter a couple of times before, but it never took more than a few days for Twitter team to contact us and restore the app, as we always fix any problem mentioned within hours after receiving notice.
Unfortunately it seems that Twitter changed its' strategy towards independent app developers. And the communications became way less bilateral.
At the moment we can't predict how much longer it will take us to get at least some explanations from Twitter, that's why we decided to share this information with you.
Nevertheless we go on improving our product while every day we hope that the app will be turned back on and you will be able to use it as you did before.
We are terribly sorry for not being able to serve you at the moment, but the matter is out of our hands.
If you are a paid Linkis (Convey) user, please, be informed that your payment for this month has been fully refunded due to this unfortunate outage. Your account is still in «premium» mode and as soon as our app will be restored by Twitter, you will be able to continue uses it for free in May.
Thank you for your patience! Please, let us know if you have any ideas that might help.
Linkis team.
